We will always text you to confirm when a top-up is successfully added.

If your credit hasn't updated within 24 hours please call us.

  1.  

    call 150 from your EE phone 

  2.  

    call 07953 966 250 from any phone

You can also check your remaining pay as you go credit at any time.

    log in to My EE or the My EE app

  2.  

    text BALANCE to 150

Alternatively, there’s an easier way to top up. You can register your bank card for direct card payments, so you won’t have to remember to top up and your pack will renew automatically. You will also get a 10% discount on your pack price.

    go to Set Up Direct Card Payments
