If you or a family member are employed in the Army, Navy, Air Force, or as any other type of military personnel and are posted overseas, posted to an address within the UK where we don’t provide service, or medically discharged, you can disconnect your home broadband service without incurring any charges.

Just follow the simple steps outlined below.

If you want to request an Armed Forces disconnection, simply download the disconnection form below, print it out, fill it in and have it signed by your Unit Welfare Officer. Once you've done all this, you’ll just need to scan it and return it by email to

There are a couple of requirements we need to tick off before we can process your request. To save you time, please make sure your circumstances meet one of the following criteria:


    deployed on active service overseas


    moving to premises within the UK where we don’t provide service


    medically discharged

Once we've received your request, our team will check we’ve got all the right information.

After that, we’ll send a text message to the mobile number you've provided to confirm when the disconnection will start.
