If you wish to request a return for a device you have purchased direct from EE and it is within 14 days, or 30 days if faulty, please complete the form below with all the details we'll need to process your request.

 

A member of our team will respond to your request within 72 hours.

 

Please note: you are not required to open the box to obtain the information requested below.

Please note we can't process a return for a handset, tablet or watch without this number.

If you're returning an Apple device (Watch, iPhone or iPad) you must remove Find My iPhone from the device. Can you confirm this has been removed?
