You should have received your unlocking code via text. Please follow the process below to unlock your Samsung device.


Please only try this procedure once. Should you encounter any problems, contact EE Customer Service

Unlocking your Samsung device

To unlock your device, please follow these steps:

  1. 1

    insert a non-EE SIM card

  2. 2

    switch on the device

  3. 3

    the device should display ‘Network lock’ or ‘Enter password’

  4. 4

    enter your unlocking code

  5. 5

    press OK

Your device should now be unlocked.

If it shows Network Unlock unsuccessful, switch the device off and then back on and try the device freeze code you were also sent (note: nothing may be shown on the screen when entering). Once that has been entered, please then input your unlocking code again.

If using both codes still does not unlock the device, please leave your non-EE SIM in the device switched on for approximately 24 hours – then try the device unfreeze code, then your unlocking code again.
