What is Recycle and Reward, and how do I sign up?

Recycle and Reward takes the hassle out of getting rid of an old phone by letting you trade it in for an agreed price.

To get started, just follow these steps:

    register for Recycle and Reward

  2. 2

    get a quote for your phone

  3. 3

    send it off in the prepaid envelope we'll send you

  4. 4

    get a cheque sent to your address

Anybody who’s got an old phone lying around. You might have:

  1.  

    joined EE and have an old handset from another network

  2.  

    upgraded with EE and got a new handset

  3.  

    have an old phone (on any network) that’s gathering dust in a drawer

What will I be asked about my old phone?

What will I be asked about my old phone?

You'll be asked:
  1.  

    for your phone model or IMEI number

  2.  

    to tell us any obvious damage to your phone (we will inspect it)

  3.  

    to remove iCloud from your phone if you have it

Good to know

We'll return your phone for free if your quote changes (due to damage) and you're no longer happy to trade
