Can I upgrade early?

Can I upgrade early?

Yes, we can let you upgrade early. But you’ll have to pay an early upgrade fee.

You need to be:
  1.

on an eligible pay monthly plan with EE

  2.

six months or more into your contract with more than 45 days until your current plan ends

Your early upgrade fee will depend on how long you’ve got left to run on your plan.

Upgrade Anytime

Alternatively if you're eligible for Upgrade Anytime you can get a new phone just 15 days after starting a new plan.
