To find out if you’re ready to upgrade, just:

  1.

log in to My EE to see when you can upgrade for free

  2.

text UP to 150 for free from an EE phone

  3.

follow the prompts to log in from our shop pages. You’ll get a better price as you’re already with EE

You can upgrade without a fee if you’ve got less than 45 days until your current plan ends.

Can I upgrade if I’m on a shared plan?

Can I upgrade if I’m on a shared plan?

Yes, if you’re eligible. But there are a few important things to remember:

  1.

upgrades must be done by the account holder

  2.

if you’re upgrading and want to join a shared plan, you’ll need an account holder to attach to

  3.

if you’re the account holder of a shared plan and want to move to your own plan, you’ll need to appoint a new account holder first

  4.

if you want to become an account holder, the existing account holder will need to move to their own plan or become a sharer

Don't forget, you can make use of your old device by:
  1.

getting a pay as you go SIM

  2.

taking out a SIM-only pay monthly plan

  3.

trading it in for cash with Trade In
