Whether you're on EE Mobile or EE Broadband, My EE is the easiest way to stay in complete control of your account.
If you have a pay monthly or pay as you go mobile account or a home broadband account, you can register for My EE.
If you have a mobile account, you'll need:
your name, email address and password
your phone number
some security information
Either your bank sort code or account number, post code, date of birth, or the last four digits of the long number on your debit or credit card
If you have a home broadband account, you’ll need:
a few personal details
Your name and contact email
your landline number OR billing account number
You’ll find these on your bill
some security information
Either your bank sort code or account number, or the last four digits of the long number on your debit or credit card
Download the My EE app for free - either from the App Store if you’re an Apple user, or Google Play if you’re on Android.
If you have an EE phone, just text NUMBER to 150.
If you’re on a 4GEE WiFi or tablet plan, do one of the following:
log onto add-on.ee.co.uk from a 4G connection (disconnect from WiFi)
go to Settings > About phone/device > Status/Phone identity if you’re an Android user
go to Settings > Phone if you’re using an iPhone
go to Settings > General > About if you’re using an iPad
check your SIM packaging
check your bill if you’re on a pay monthly plan
If you’re already registered, you’ll get an error message when you try to sign up.
If you see the error message, you’ll be shown a link to reset your password.
You’re probably selecting a role that’s already been taken on your account.
There are two roles available in My EE:
bill payer: can view bills and change settings
main user: uses a device on the bill payer’s account. They can’t see bills or change certain settings
If you're trying to select a role somebody else already holds, you won’t be able to register.
We’ll send you an email with a verification link when you register. You won’t be able to use your account properly until you hit the link.
If you don’t use the link within seven days, you’ll need to register for My EE again.
If you haven’t received a text after ten minutes of entering your details, hit the resend link and we’ll send another.
If that still doesn’t work, call 150 from your EE phone.
Glad to hear it.
