  • pop into an EE store

How do I get an eSIM for my Motorola Razr?

If you bought your Motorola Razr directly from us, you'll be provided with an eSIM pack that contains a QR code to use for setup.

To set up with a QR code, first make sure you’re connected to the internet and then:

  • go to Settings > Network & internet > Mobile network > Advanced > Carrier
  • select Add carrier
  • then use your camera to scan the QR code on your eSIM pack and once recognised your eSIM will automatically begin downloading.

If you’ve ordered an eSIM for a SIM only plan with us, you’ll be able to download your eSIM from EE. Simply follow the instructions in your confirmation email. If you’re using the EE app, make sure you’re using the latest version and update it if not.

If you can’t use your old SIM, you’ll need to contact us so we can swap this over for you:

  • call 150 from an EE phone or 0800 956 6000 from an alternative line

What if my eSIM QR code or Motorola Razr camera is damaged?

Unfortunately, we can't support the manual entry of a QR code on the Motorola Razr.

If you're having issues downloading your eSIM:
