If you try to connect to the internet using 4GEE Home but you don’t have any data left, you’ll see a screen in your browser which will point you to top up online. Your 4GEE Home number will be automatically filled in, so you just need a credit or debit card.

If you’re not using 4GEE Home, you can still top up online to add some credit to your account. You’ll need your 4GEE Home number as well as your credit or debit card.

    log in to My EE or use the My EE app

You can find your 4GEE Home number:

    on your receipt if you bought it in a store

First of all, make sure you have enough credit in your 4GEE Home account. If not, then follow the instructions above if you need to add further credit to your account.

    open a browser on your device

  2.  

    if you're out of data then you should see a page pop up automatically with the data add-ons available to you as well as the credit you have left in your account. If this page doesn't appear, go to add-on.ee.co.uk

  3.  

    choose the data add-on you want, activate it and start browsing – easy

You won’t be able to buy a new data add-on until you’ve used up all your existing data.

When will my 4GEE Home data run out on pay as you go?

Data add-ons expire 30 days from when you bought them. Your allowance will end when you hit this date or when you use the data up - whichever comes first. 

You can't buy a new data add-on until the last one’s expired or you’ve used all the data. However you can keep some credit on your pay as you go account.
