We’ve made EE TV easy for you to install yourself. But if you need a little help, you can book an engineer to help you.

Calls are usually free from EE phones, but you can check our prices.

You can book a slot 7am - 8pm Monday to Friday or 7am - 6pm Saturday.

Your engineer will:

  1.  

    make sure your broadband and home set-up are working at full speed

  2.  

    set up your EE TV service via cable or WiFi

  3.  

    demonstrate the service and download the app to your chosen device

Sorry, they won’t be able to install a TV aerial.

How much will it cost?

£50. We’ll add it to your Home Broadband bill, where it will appear as TV Equipment set up charge.

Your engineer will call you the day before to make sure you’re good to go. Sorry, but if you cancel later than 2pm on the day before your appointment we may still have to charge you.
