It's easy to connect your EE TV using an Ethernet cable.

  1. 1

    Plug your Ethernet cable into the port shown on the EE TV box.

  2. 2

    Plug the other end of the cable into a spare yellow socket on your Bright Box router.

If you’re switching from a wireless connection, you’ll need to update your NETWORK & CONNECTION settings.

    Press MENU on your EE TV remote.

  2. 2

    Use the arrow buttons to go to TOOLS & HELP > SETTINGS > NETWORK & CONNECTION 

  3. 3

    Select Connect via ethernet

If you get this message:

Please plug in your Ethernet cable to connect

check you've connected your EE TV to a yellow socket on your Bright Box router.
