If you need to update your contact details, including your billing address (but you’re not moving house), just do one of the following:

  1.  

    log into My EE 

    select Account settings from the menu, and select a tab depending on the detail you want to change

  2.  

    call 150 from an EE phone

  3.  

    or call 0800 956 6000 from any other phone

Moving house?

You’ll need to arrange to take your Home Broadband with you to your new home
