If you signed up to your plan in an EE store, you can only cancel:

  1.  

    if you're experiencing coverage issues

  2.  

    if our coverage doesn't meet your expectations

Important:

You'll only be able to cancel your contract at an EE store.

You'll need to take:

  1. your receipt

  2. any device you’re returning (in as-good-as-new condition)

  3. anything else that was included in the box (including chargers, etc)

  4. any freebies that came with the plan
