You need to be on a Smart plan or Full Works plan for iPhone to be eligible for Smart Benefits.

The Smart Benefits you can choose between depends on your plan.

If you have a Smart plan purchased before 27 May 2020 the Smart Benefits available are:

    EE Video Data Pass

    EE Music Data Pass

  3.  

    EE Gamers Data Pass

  4.  

    Amazon Prime Video

  5.  

    BT Sport app (available with BT Sport Ultimate for 5G Smart plan customers)

    Roam Further Pass

    BritBox

If you have a Smart plan purchased on or after 27 May 2020 you can choose from:

    Apple Music

    BT Sport Ultimate

If you have a Smart iPhone plan purchased on or after 2 September 2020 you can choose from:

If you have a Full Works plan for iPhone purchased on or after 2 September 2020 you can choose from:

    Roam Further Pass

Please note: if you purchased a Full Works plan with iPhone 12 between 16 October 2020 and 15 January 2021, you will have BT Sport included in your plan on top of your three Smart Benefits.

If you purchased a Full Works plan for iPhone on or after 2 September 2020
You can choose three Smart Benefits included in your plan.
 
If you purchased a Smart or Smart iPhone plan on or after 27 May 2020
You can choose one Smart Benefit included in your plan.
 
If you purchased a Smart plan before 27 May 2020
On any 4G plan up to 60GB of data, you can choose one Smart Benefit included in your plan. On 100GB or unlimited data plans, you can choose two Smart Benefits included in your plan.

If you have a 5G Smart plan up to 60GB of data, you can choose two Smart Benefits included in your plan. On 120GB or unlimited data 5G Smart plans, you can choose three Smart Benefits to be included.

To select or manage your Smart Benefits:

  1.  

    log in to My EE or use the My EE app

  2.  

    go to Menu > Plans, Smart Benefits & add-ons

  3.  

    select the Smart Benefits tab

Alternatively you can choose your Smart Benefits by text:

  1.  

    text PICK to 150 to select a Smart Benefit

Once you’ve chosen your Smart Benefits, we’ll send you a message from 150, with the next steps to help you get started.

You can easily check which Smart Benefits are active on your plan:

    log in to My EE or use the My EE app

  2.  

    go to Menu > Plans, Smart Benefits & add-ons

  3.  

    select the Smart Benefits tab

Many of our Smart Benefits are also available as a standalone add-ons that can be added and removed from your plan at any time. You can add additional add-ons to your plan through the 'Add-ons' section of the My EE app and on My EE online.
