This article explains where to view your contract information, including your account number, contract start and end dates, your account address, and the EE products you have.

How to find your account number, address and service details on your bill

You can view your EE bill in the EE app and online. It includes three key pieces of account information you should note:

  1. Your details: confirm your name and address are correct.
  2. Your account number: keep this handy when you contact us about your services or bill.
  3. Your service: The name and cost of your EE plan.

You can access and download bills from the past two years as PDF files online or in the EE app.

Check your contract start and end dates in the EE app

To find out when your plan ends:
  1. Download and open the EE app.
  2. Select Manage.
  3. Select your device.
  4. Scroll down to your Data cycle.
  5. Select View full usage.
  6. View your plan start and end dates

Check your contract start and end dates on the EE website

To find out when your plan ends:
  1. Log in to the EE website.
  2. Select Plan & subscriptions. 
  3. Select Manage mobile.
  4. View your plan start and end dates will be displayed.
