Yes, if you buy an unlocked 4G device from someone else, you'll be able to connect to EE's 4G network with a SIM only plan, Flex plan or using a pay as you go pack.

Yes, you can upgrade to one of our pay monthly or SIM only 5G Smart plans but you'll need to have a 5G device and have 5G coverage to connect to our 5G network.
