How does 3 months of free Apple TV work?
We’ll treat you to 3 months of Apple TV:
- whether you’re joining EE as a new customer or you’ve been with us for years
- if you are a Consumer customer with an EE pay monthly or SIM-only phone plan on a 12-month or more minimum term
During the free 3 months, it will appear as an included benefit in the included with EE section on your bill. After this, it will appear on your bill as a charge in the Entertainment section.
Requires a compatible mobile device running iOS or Android, or another compatible device.
Apple TV can be accessed via the Apple TV+ app on a compatible mobile device using the latest iOS version or another compatible device on which you can download and register the app.
Apple TV can be accessed via the Apple TV+ website on a compatible mobile device using the Android operating system or another compatible device.

Sign up in the EE app:
- open the EE app
- select Plan & Add-ons
- select Add-ons
- select Apple TV
- follow the instructions we send you
On your EE mobile: text TV PLUS to 150. We will send you a 3-month free activation code
Set up your Apple TV subscription
On an iPhone or an iPad
- We’ll text you when your subscription’s about to begin – follow the link for Apple to verify your membership.
- If you’re connected to WiFi, you’ll get a PIN to enter in the Apple TV+ app. If you're not connected to WiFi, go to the next step.
- Link your Apple ID to your Apple TV+ membership with your email and password.
- Once your Apple ID is linked you’re ready to go.
On an Android device
On your EE mobile text TV PLUS to 150
- Select the activation link we provide you with by text.
- Sign up using your Apple ID - if you don't have one, go to the Apple website to create one.
- Type in and confirm your phone number.
- You’re set up and can start watching through tv.apple.com.
After the free 3 months
Unless you cancel your subscription, you’ll be charged the regular monthly price for Apple TV after your free 3 months.
You might be billed for two Apple TV items in the first month you start paying. One charge is pro rata for the rest of the billing period, and the other is an advance charge for your paid subscription.
To manage your subscription on your iPhone, go to:

What if I already have Apple TV?
If you are an existing Apple TV member you will need to cancel your existing subscription directly with Apple.
If you do not, you will continue to be charged by Apple.
Error "This subscription is being used with another Apple ID"
In some cases, if you have previously had an Apple TV subscription, you might see this error message. To fix this, please contact Apple Support and request that your Apple TV subscription be reassigned to a different Apple ID.

Individual Apple TV Membership is free for 3 months. If you’ve already benefited from our six months’ free Apple TV Membership offer you’re ineligible for this offer. Data used whilst using the Apple TV app and/or Apple TV website on your EE mobile device will be deducted from your plan allowance. After 3 months, membership automatically renews and you’ll be charged £9.99 a month. You can cancel at any time. If removed from your account during the first six months, you’ll be unable to get the add-on again free of charge. Requires a compatible mobile device using the iOS or Android operating systems or another compatible device. Not available to customers on a 4GEE WiFi or Tablet Price Plan or customers with a device other than a compatible device.
