Learn about Netflix

How do I get Netflix through EE?

Whether you're a new or existing EE TV customer, you can enjoy Netflix as part of one of our TV packages. If you sign up for an Entertainment, Big Entertainment or Full Works package, your package will automatically include Netflix.

If you sign up for a package that doesn’t have Netflix included and have a TV box you can add Netflix to your EE bill as an Extra, with a monthly rolling subscription.

Subscribing to Netflix with EE will allow you to watch Netflix via the Netflix app on your TV box, as well as on many of your favourite internet-enabled devices such as smartphones, tablets and computers.

What if I’m an existing Netflix subscriber?

If you already have Netflix, there’s no need to cancel. If you have Netflix with a third party, then you’ll need to cancel this directly with them.

How do I pay for Netflix?
