If you’re an EE pay monthly customer on a 24-month handset plan, and take Fibre Max 145 or Fibre Max 300, you’ll qualify for a 20GB Data Boost.

Or if you've received an offer over a specific period, such as a Black Friday offer.

You'll keep the Data Boost as long as both your eligible handset plan and broadband plan remain active.

No. Only the broadband account holder can get the Data Boost, so make sure you give us the correct number when you sign up for EE Home Broadband.

It can take up to 30 days after your EE Home or 4GEE Home Broadband account goes live for your Data Boost to kick in. We'll send you a text to let you know when it's done.

Across the EU your extra data is treated the same as your pay monthly allowance and can be used across the EU. The data fair use policy (given in your roaming plan) may limit your data allowance to 50GB. So, if you have 40GB of data on your handset plan then receive the 20GB Data Boost, your total roaming allowance would be 50GB.

The 20GB Data Boost is based on the value of buying two of our 10GB add-ons, which has a total value of £39.98* and lasts up to a month for a pay monthly customer.

No, you’ll only get 20GB on the mobile of the broadband account holder. However, you can move data round your devices by using the My EE app

If you’ve changed your pay monthly plan or Fibre Max 145 or Fibre Max 300 plan, we will remove any ineligible boosts from your plan.

Sorry, but you can’t switch the Data Boost to another number. The Data Boost will be applied to the same number we use to contact you with important information about your home broadband account, so it's important you give us the right number and it’s kept up to date in My EE.
