Add To Plan lets you purchase new accessories and then spread the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next year. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees, no interest and you'll never pay more than the RRP of the product in our stores.

To be eligible to add accessories to your plan you'll need to be:

  1.  

    a new or existing customer and signing up to a new 24-month device, WiFi or tablet plan online, over the phone or in one of our retail stores

  2.  

    be within the first 17 months of your plan

  3.  

    have no outstanding debt with EE (as credit checks will apply)

You can add up to three accessories to your plan when you’re buying a pay monthly plan online. You can also add more accessories in the first 17 months of your contract.

How is Add To Plan charged to my monthly payments?

You’ll see the charge for your Add To Plan accessory on the next bill you receive after adding the product to your plan. The monthly charge will appear on your bill as Add To Plan £x and will continue for 11 months before dropping off.

If you miss a payment we will add the outstanding amount to your bill in one go.

If you buy an Add To Plan accessory online or over the phone, we'll let you know about delivery options, including times and costs, at the point of sale.

If you buy your accessory at the same time as a device, both items will be delivered together. This should be within a few days, however if a device is in a pre-order period when you order, your accessory won't be dispatched until your device is in stock.

Good to know:

You can only have one Add To Plan accessory bundle on your account at a time. You won’t be able to add any other data bundle to your account during the term of the bundle.

If you bought your Add To Plan accessory in one of our stores, you’ll only be able to return your purchase and receive a full refund if:

You have insufficient coverage in your area:

If your area does not have sufficient coverage then you must return your accessory within 14 working days.

Your accessory is faulty:

To return a faulty accessory you will need the serial number of the product so please keep its original packaging.

If you bought your Add To Plan accessory online or over the phone, you may return your accessory in the first 14 days from purchase.
