Existing Flex Plan customers can sign-up to take part in the scheme at ee.co.uk/refer-a-friend-flex. Once you have signed up, you will receive a unique link to share with your friends. Your referred friend must purchase a Flex plan to be eligible for the reward.

You can refer anyone who doesn’t already have a Flex plan with us. So it can be someone who is already a Pay Monthly contract for example.

When you refer a friend, they need to order a free Flex Plan SIM online and set-up their plan.

No, you can refer as many friends to EE Flex plans as you like.

If you and your friend both fulfil the eligibility criteria for a reward, you should both receive your reward within 7 days of your friend setting up their new Flex plan.

Yes, you will receive an e-voucher code via email, and you can use it straight away.

Once your friend has bought a Flex plan with us, we’ll need to do some checks before you both get rewarded.

If you haven’t received your rewards you should check that you’ve both met the terms of the promotion:

    did you friend follow your link and order a free Flex plan SIM for the refer a friend offer?

    have you both paid for at least one monthly Flex plan?

As a referrer, you can check the status of your referrals by using the online status checker. You can do this by following the link you received in the email we sent you when your friend joined or by heading to ee.co.uk/refer-a-friend-flex

If you've checked that you’ve both met all the terms of the offer but you still haven't received your rewards, please contact our Customer Service team by calling 150 from your EE mobile phone.
