Kids Pass offers discounts at over 4000 locations nationwide including offers at Theme Parks, Zoo’s, Cinemas and restaurants.

After you have chosen the offer you wish to claim on the Kids Pass app or website, simply choose the number of tickets you wish to buy or follow the redemption instructions.

Once you have completed your purchase at the checkout, your tickets are immediately sent to the email registered to Kids Pass. The email may be in your junk or spam folder. You can also find your tickets in the ‘my tickets’ section of the Kids Pass app.

If you have not received your ticket voucher(s), you can contact Kids Pass customer service on 0161 244 8225 or via https://www.facebook.com/kidspassuk.

How do I use the cinema tickets/codes given in my email or app?

Simply present the tickets shown in your email inbox/on the app at the cashier of a participating cinema chain or attraction. In very few cases, some attractions may require a printed copy of your voucher. Please check the terms before visiting the venue.

In addition, some venues may allow you to book and can enter the code online to reserve your seats at selected cinemas.

The codes can be used at any available screening at your chosen cinema subject to seating availability.
