No, all repairs are carried out by Samsung's official repairs team using fully authorised parts so there is no risk of voiding the warranty on your Samsung device.

The cost of a repair will be dependent on the extent of damage to your device and whether your device is still in warranty. Our team at the Samsung Support Centre in our Bluewater store will be able to advise on any costs while you're in store.

For out of warranty repairs that are requested at our Hub & Spoke areas in EE stores, our partners at Samsung will contact you directly to discuss costs. The team at Samsung will then take payment from you over the phone for the repairs.

Yes, you can request a replacement loan device in one of our participating EE stores that offer a next-day repair service. We'll try to loan you the same, or similar, device as your own but this will be subject to availability within your EE store.

How will I be contacted once my Samsung device repair is complete?

We'll ask you to provide an alternative phone number or an email address so we can contact you once your device has been repaired. If you've taken a replacement device on loan, we can also contact you on that number once your repair is complete.

You can get your Samsung device repaired at the specialist Samsung Support Centre in our Bluewater: Lower Floor store regardless of what network you use.

However, at other participating EE stores we can only offer repairs to EE customers.
