Before booking an item in for repair, use our troubleshooter tool to help identify the problem.

If this isn’t helpful, try calling 150 from an EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other phone. You can also pop into your nearest EE store. 

Different types of repair

Pick Up Drop Off (PUDO)

    book a repair through the trouble shooter tool

    print your repair booking form and DPD package label

  •  

    securely package your device and booking form, sticking the label to the front of your parcel

  •  

    drop it off at your nearest DPD drop off point . We’ll drop your item back when it’s ready

Standard Repair

  •  

    book a repair through our trouble shooter tool, take your device in store or call us on 150 and we’ll send a courier to collect it

  •  

    this is a free service and takes around 14 days
