What does it cost to repair my damaged device?

  • Go to section

The cost of repair depends on the nature of the damage and whether your device is under warranty.

Your repair costs

If your warranty’s valid and covers the fault, your repair will be free.

If your device develops a problem within 30 days, we’ll send you a new one.

We can also fix some out-of-warranty faults. For non-Apple devices, the cost of this can range between approximately £40-£300. For Apple devices, this can range between approximately £190-£350 - the exception is the iPhone X which can be up to approximately £450.

Good to know:

Repair costs cannot be confirmed until your device has been seen in store or you book a repair.
