If you buy a Smart Home product online or over the phone, we'll tell you about delivery times at point of sale.

If you buy your Smart Home product at the same time as a phone, both items will be delivered at the same time. However if a phone is in a pre-order period when you order, your Smart Home product won't be dispatched until your phone is in stock.
