You have 30 days to book your smart thermostat installation appointment after purchase but we recommend you book it within 14 days.
The Nest Learning Thermostat does not include a power cable and is only suitable if you're planning to wall mount your thermostat.
If you're planning to place your thermostat on a surface you'll need the Nest Learning Thermostat stand with inclusive power cable.
The Nest Thermostat E comes with a built-in stand and can either be wall mounted or placed on a surface.

AXA will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm your appointment. You can then use this number to change or cancel your appointment.
