Superfast delivery with expert set-up means you can get your new phone hand-delivered and set up just the way you want it – on the same day, to almost anywhere you choose across London.

We’ve partnered with tech delivery company Enjoy to bring you the best free delivery experience with your new device.

Enjoy experts deliver, set up and activate your new smartphone from EE. Just book an appointment for your delivery in London when you place your order online or over the phone – you might even get it the same day. 

Simply choose a time slot, which could be available within two hours of ordering, between 11am and 7pm, seven days a week. Your Enjoy expert will hand-deliver your new smartphone, then help you set it up and answer any of your questions.

All our experts are friendly, knowledgeable and love technology. When they arrive, they’ll help you to set up your device the way you want it. Depending on what you ask for, this might include helping you to:

    transfer contacts, pictures, and videos from your old device

  2.  

    set up email and voicemail, including password resets

  3.  

    set up and sync your calendars 

  4.  

    connect to WiFi and Bluetooth

  5.  

    browse the internet and set up social networks

  6.  

    take pics like a pro, use video, FaceTime (for iPhone) and more

  7.  

    download apps (including My EE) and make the most of your EE Extras like BT Sport and Apple Music

  8.  

    set up autopay, arrange paperless billing and gift your data

  9.  

    hook up all the tech in your home – from your Sonos speakers to your Smart Home gear

What’s the difference between standard delivery and superfast delivery with expert set-up?

We have two types of free delivery service when you order online: 

Standard delivery – your device is usually dispatched within 24 hours with courier DPD. You don’t need to arrange a delivery time to receive it.

Superfast delivery with expert set-up – your device is delivered by our delivery partner Enjoy, at the time and place you ask for, anywhere within Greater London. Your Enjoy expert will then help you set up your smartphone and answer any of your questions.  

Do I need ID to collect my device from the expert?

Yes. As the bill payer you’ll need to be there in person and show photo ID (passport or driving licence), as well as your EE account information.

What should I expect from my appointment?

What should I expect from my appointment?

Your expert will call you before the appointment to introduce themselves and check in with you. They’ll remind you of anything you need to do (like have your photo ID ready). When they arrive they’ll spend as much time as you need to help you get set up.

Yes. Order between 11am and 5pm and you should get it the same day (last delivery 7pm) – even at weekends.

Any new or existing customer so long as your delivery address is within our London superfast delivery area. If you’re a new customer, delivery and set-up will need to be at your billing address.

No, you can only get superfast delivery for phones bought from our online shop or direct from us over the phone.

Enjoy delivery: Free delivery and set up by an Enjoy expert is available to customers taking out a pay monthly plan with a device. Delivery slots available between 11am and 7pm, seven days a week. Order before 5pm for same day delivery. Same day delivery is dependent on availability of stock, availability of Enjoy experts, geographical restrictions, bank holidays and exceptional circumstances apply.

An Enjoy expert will deliver and help set up a new device at your chosen location. Only available for delivery within Greater London, see ee.co.uk/superfast-delivery to determine eligible postcodes. If you’re a new customer connecting through telesales, delivery is only available to your EE account billing address. Only available with selected devices.

Photographic ID must be provided to confirm identity of customer. Over 18 must be present during Enjoy visit at all times. An Enjoy expert will contact you by telephone or text prior to your delivery slot. Further terms apply, see ee.co.uk/terms.
