    Have your order number ready - this is a 10 or 12 digit number that you'll find in your confirmation email. Check your junk or spam folder if you can’t see it.


    At this time, we can only provide tracking for orders including a pay monthly plan. We’re sorry that some orders with multiple items can't be tracked. 


    You can track the status of your home broadband and home phone order via your My EE account.
