DPD will send delivery updates by text. You'll get a text:
the day before the delivery, including tracking information and an the option to rearrange
on the morning of the delivery - you'll get a one-hour scheduled delivery time (e.g. between 12.24 and 13.24) and the name of the DPD driver
Because of Covid-19, delivery is currently no-contact. This helps to keep you and the courier safe.

You can choose to collect your order from one of our stores. To do this:
choose your most convenient EE store when you order and you can pick it up from there when you’re ready
we’ll text you when it’s ready – remember to bring valid ID (passport, driving licence or national ID card) when you come in
Please note: the name on your ID must match the name of the person who placed the order. If a driving license is being used as a form of proof, the address on the customer’s driving licence MUST match that of their EE account address for it to be accepted.

Our Enjoy expert will call you just before your appointment slot to confirm the delivery time.
