Add an appointment

    Find Calendar
    Press Calendar

  1. Add appointment
    Press the new appointment icon in the top right corner of the display.
    When you add an appointment, you can fill in the following: Title and location, Start date and time, End date and time, Recurrence (how often the appointment should recur), Meeting request, Reminder, Calendar, Availability
    Fill in the required fields
    Press Notes if you want to enter additional information
    Press Done

    Please note: Some of the fields are not displayed until you have selected settings for synchronisation with Exchange Server. Click here to see how >

  2. Exit
    Press the Home key to return to standby mode

View appointments

You can use the calendar to keep track of your appointments. Follow these instructions to view your appointments.

  1. Find Calendar
    Press Calendar

  2. Select view
    Press one of the following options: List, Day, Month

  3. Select date
    If you selected month view in step 2:
    Press the required date
    If required, press arrow right or arrow left to change month

  4. View appointments
    Press the required appointment
    The appointment is displayed

  5. Exit
    Press the Home key to return to standby mode
