It's not possible to use WiFi
If you can't use WiFi on your phone, there may be several causes of the problem.
Solution 1 of 4: No connection to a WiFi network is established
You can use WiFi as an alternative to the mobile network when establishing an internet connection. This way your phone doesn't use mobile data.

Press the indicator next to "Wi-Fi" to turn on the function.

Press the required WiFi network and key in the password for the WiFi network.

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
Solution 2 of 4: There are no available WiFi networks
To use WiFi, you need to be in an area with available WiFi networks
Find a place with available WiFi networks and try establishing a connection again.
Solution 3 of 4: The selected WiFi network rejects the connection
If the WiFi network rejects the connection, it may be due to a Wi-Fi network error or that you don't have the correct connection credentials.
Contact the administrator of the WiFi network to obtain the correct connection settings.
Solution 4 of 4: Your phone is connected to a WiFi network, but you're not logged on
Some WiFi networks require you to log on via a web page.
Open the internet browser on your phone and try to load a web page. The internet browser is redirected to the homepage of the Wi-Fi network. Follow the instructions on the screen to log on to the WiFi network.
