It's not possible to use Wi-Fi
If you can't use Wi-Fi on your phone, there may be several causes of the problem.
Solution 1 of 4: There are no available Wi-Fi networks
To use Wi-Fi, you need to be in an area with available Wi-Fi networks
Find a place with available Wi-Fi networks and try establishing a connection again.
Solution 2 of 4: No connection to a Wi-Fi network is established
You can use Wi-Fi as an alternative to the mobile network when establishing an internet connection. This way your phone doesn't use mobile data.

Step 3 of 6
Press the indicator next to "Wi-Fi" to turn on the function.
Step 4 of 6

Solution 3 of 4: Your phone is connected to a Wi-Fi network, but you're not logged on
Some Wi-Fi networks require you to log on via a web page.
Open the internet browser on your phone and try to load a web page. The internet browser is redirected to the homepage of the Wi-Fi network. Follow the instructions on the screen to log on to the Wi-Fi network.
Solution 4 of 4: The selected Wi-Fi network rejects the connection
If the Wi-Fi network rejects the connection, it may be due to a Wi-Fi network error or that you don't have the correct connection credentials.
Contact the administrator of the Wi-Fi network to obtain the correct connection settings.
