- Press Settings.
- Press Mobile Data.
- Press Mobile Data Options.
- Press the indicator next to "Data Roaming" to turn the function on or off.
- Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.

- Press the message icon.

- Press To and key in the first letters of the recipient's name.

- Press the text input field and write the text for your picture message.
- Press the apps icon.
- Press the picture icon.
- Press All Photos and go to the required folder.
- Press the required picture.
- Press Choose.
- Press the send icon.
- Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
- Press Settings.
- Press Mobile Data.
- Press the indicator next to "Mobile Data" to turn the function on or off.
- Press the indicator next to the required application to turn the function on or off.
- Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
It's not possible to send and receive picture messages
If you can't send and receive picture messages, there may be several causes of the problem.
It's important to find out if you can make a call. If you can't make a call, you need to solve this problem first. When the problem is solved, you will most likely also be able to send and receive picture messages.
Can you make a voice call?
Solution 1 of 5: Data roaming is turned off
You can limit your data usage when abroad by turning off data roaming. You'll then not be able to access the internet using the mobile network when abroad. You can still use Wi-Fi even though data roaming is turned off.
Solution 2 of 5: There's an error at the receiving end
If you're having problems sending picture messages to a specific number, the error might be at the receiving end.
Try sending a picture message to another number.
Solution 3 of 5: Your phone hasn't been correctly set up for picture messaging
A picture message is a message which can contain pictures and other media files and can be sent to other mobile phones. You can send and receive picture messages as soon as you've inserted your SIM. If this isn't the case, you can set up your phone for picture messaging manually.
