- Connect the charger to the socket and to a wall socket.
- When the battery charging icon is displayed, the battery is charging.

- Press and hold the Side button until your phone is turned on.
- Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen.
- If your SIM is locked, key in your PIN and press OK. The default PIN is 1111.
- Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen.
- Press the Top volume key.
- At the same time, press and hold the Side button until the power off icon is displayed.
- Press and drag the power off icon right.
It's not possible to turn on my phone
