Divert settings for voice calls

Incoming calls can be diverted to your voicemail or to any other number.

You can choose which types of calls you want to divert, e.g. all calls, missed calls or when the phone is busy.

Select divert settings for voice calls

Find Call Forwarding
Press Connect
Press the Menu key
Press Options
Press Call Forwarding
Choose divert settings for voice calls

Cancel or choose divert settings for voice calls

  1. Find Call Forwarding
    Press Connect
    Press the Menu key
    Scroll to Options and press the Navigation key
    Scroll to Call Forwarding and press the Navigation key

  2. Select divert type
    Highlight one of the following options:
    Forward All Calls, go to a
    Forward Unanswered Calls, go to b

    Press the Navigation key until the box next to the menu item is marked

    a) Forward All Calls
    To divert to an existing number:
    Highlight Do Not Forward or the current divert number (depending on the current setting) and press the Navigation key
    Highlight the required number and press the Navigation key

    If you want to add or edit a number:
    Press the Menu key
    Scroll to Edit Numbers and press the Navigation key
    Press the Menu key
    Scroll to New Number or Edit and press the Navigation key
    Key in or edit the number and press the Navigation key
    Press the Return key
    Highlight Do Not Forward or the current divert number and press the Navigation key
    Highlight the required number and press the Navigation key

    b) Forward Unanswered Calls
    To divert to an existing number:
    Highlight Do Not Forward or the current divert number (depending on the current setting) next to If Busy, If No Reply or If Not Reachable and press the Navigation key
    Highlight the required number and press the Navigation key

    If you want to add or edit a number:
    Press the Menu key
    Scroll to Edit Numbers and press the Navigation key
    Press the Menu key
    Scroll to New Number or Edit and press the Navigation key
    Key in or edit the number and press the Navigation key
    Press the Return key
    Highlight Do Not Forward or the current divert number and press the Navigation key
    Highlight the required number and press the Navigation key

  3. Save setting
    Press the Menu key
    Scroll to Save and press the Navigation key
    The request is sent

  4. Exit
    Press Disconnect to return to standby mode

Cancel all diverts

Follow these instructions to cancel all diverts.

  1. Find Call Forwarding
    Press Connect
    Press the Menu key
    Scroll to Options and press the Navigation key
    Scroll to Call Forwarding and press the Navigation key

  2. Select divert type
    Highlight one of the following options:
    Forward All Calls, go to a
    Forward Unanswered Calls,
    go to b

    Press the Navigation key until the box next to the menu item is marked.

    a) Forward All Calls
    Highlight the divert number and press the Navigation key
    Scroll to Do Not Forward and press the Navigation key

    b) Forward Unanswered Calls
    Highlight the divert number next to If Busy, If No Reply or If Not Reachable and press the Navigation key
    Scroll to Do Not Forward and press the Navigation key

  3. Cancel all diverts
    Press the Menu key
    Scroll to Save and press the Navigation key
    The request is sent

  4. Exit
    Press Disconnect to return to standby mode
