Camera is overheating

Follow these steps:

  1. We've designed a protection mechanism on the camera system and battery so that if the camera reaches 81°C or the battery reaches 60°C the camera will shut down automatically.
  2. If the camera shuts down because of overheating, please leave the camera in a well-ventilated area for about five to ten minutes. After that time you should be able to switch the device back on.

If it's still not working, contact us on 150 from an EE phone or 0845 4123 662.
