If you're having trouble, you should follow these steps:

- Make sure the live streaming account is active.
- Make sure you have a data plan and you haven't run out of data.
- Reboot the device (switch it off and on) and repeat steps 1 to 3 above.
- If you're still having trouble, you'll need to get it repaired.
