Follow these steps to pair the app to your camera:
- Make sure your mobile device and camera are near each other.
- On your mobile device, head to WiFi settings and make sure wifi is set to on.
- Make sure the Capture Cam name appears in your device's WiFi list. Select it to connect.
- Make sure no other mobile device is connected to your Capture Cam.
- Reboot the device (switch if off and on) then repeat steps 1 to 4.
- If the camera still isn't working, you'll need to get it repaired.
