Unable to pair the app

Follow these steps to pair the app to your camera:

  1. Make sure your mobile device and camera are near each other.
  2. On your mobile device, head to WiFi settings and make sure wifi is set to on.
  3. Make sure the Capture Cam name appears in your device's WiFi list. Select it to connect.
  4. Make sure no other mobile device is connected to your Capture Cam.
  5. Reboot the device (switch if off and on) then repeat steps 1 to 4.
  6. If the camera still isn't working, you'll need to get it repaired.
