Add or view an appointment in your calendar

You can use the calendar to keep track of your appointments.

Follow these instructions to add a new appointment.

1. Find Calendar

  • Press the Navigation key to access the main menu
  • Scroll to Organiser and press the Navigation key
  • Scroll to Calendar and press the Navigation key


2. Select date

  • Press Options
  • Scroll to Go to date and press the Navigation key
  • Key in the required date and press the Navigation key
  • The display shows a calendar page where the selected date is highlighted


3. Select appointment type

  • Press Options
  • Scroll to Make a note and press the Navigation key
  • Highlight Meeting, Call, Birthday, Memo or Reminder and press the Navigation key


4. Add appointment

  • Key in the required details for the selected appointment type
  • Scroll to Save and press the Navigation key to save the appointment


5. Exit

  • Press Disconnect to return to standby mode
