It's not possible to receive messages on my voicemail

If you can't receive messages on your voicemail, there may be several causes of the problem.

Solution 1 of 3: Your voicemail hasn't been turned on
To receive voice messages, your voicemail needs to be activated.
Send a text message with the text VM ON to 150 to activate your voicemail.

Call 222 and follow the instructions to set up your voicemail.

Press Phone.

Press the menu icon.

Press Settings.

Press More settings.

Press the required SIM.

Step 6 of 10

Press Call forwarding.

Press Voice call.

Press the required divert type.

Step 9 of 10

Key in +447953222222 and press ENABLE.

Step 10 of 10

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
