Why are you increasing prices?

Why are you increasing prices?

Every March, as detailed in our terms, we increase monthly price plans in line with RPI. This reflects the increase in the costs to run and invest in our network and service.

How have you calculated the rate of increase on my plan?

How have you calculated the rate of increase on my plan?

We use the Retail Price Index (RPI) to calculate the rate of increase on your plan as RPI is a measure of the change in prices for consumers on average across the country over the last 12 months. We've used the RPI of 2.2% that's been published in January 2020 and the change is calculated by adding 2.2% to the price of your monthly price plan(s).

What if I have a discount on my monthly plan?
