What is happening?

Each year, your monthly price plan(s) will increase by the rate of Retail Price Index (RPI). This year, the change will take effect from 1 June 2017.

RPI is a measure of the change in prices for consumers on average across the country over the last 12 months. The RPI figure, published by the Office for National Statistics, in April 2017 is 3.1 per cent.

Any bills you receive from 1 June 2017 will show a 3.1 per cent increase in the monthly price of your plan if you joined or upgraded to a pay monthly or SIM Only contract before 23 January 2014.

We appreciate price rises are never welcome but we want to reassure you that we’re dedicated to giving you the best possible experience.

If you’d like to find out more, please see clause 4 of your terms (refer to second and third set of terms) or business customer terms. Alternatively, take a look at the frequently asked questions below to help with any queries.
