Roaming costs
You can use all your allowances as you would at home, at no extra cost.
To see your allowances, and how much you have got left, text BALANCE to 150.
It costs £2 a day to use your plan's minutes, text and data allowances like you would at home.
You won't pay the £2 daily charge if you get our £10 monthly Roam Abroad Pass, which lets you enjoy your plan allowances in 52 countries. Just text ROAMING PASS to 150. Or select the pass as your Smart Benefit if you have a Smart or Full Works plan. Remove whenever you want.
Have a spend cap?
Check your spend cap as you may need to increase it. Roaming charges count towards your spend cap, so if you reach it we’ll automatically block usage to prevent unwanted charges. Log in to My EE and go to Settings > Manage plan > Spend cap.

Reduce how many
characters you text
Every 160 characters count as a text. So, if you send a text longer than this, you'II get charged for multiple text messages.
