It's easy to return an EE device you've found

Tell us the details

If you've found an EE device, simply fill in our online form and we’ll send you a pre-paid bag to return it to us free of charge. Once you’ve packaged the device, just pop it in the post back to us.

Please note: If you can’t find either the IMEI or SIM card number we won’t be able to process the return. If that's the case, please hand the device in at your nearest police station.

How to find the IMEI or SIM card number

IMEI number: check on the back of the device. If it's not there, remove the battery – it should be underneath.

You could also try typing *#06# in the phone dialler. Most IMEI numbers are 15 digits long.

SIM card number: look on the SIM card.
