You'll need to give us a call and we'll ask a few security questions to confirm it's you.


    call 150 from your EE phone


    call 07953 966 250 from any phone

If we put a block on your phone when it was first reported as lost or stolen we can then remove it for you. You'll need the password you set up when the block was first created and once confirmed your phone will be unblocked within 24 hours.
