If you applied for Home Broadband during a promotional period, you may have qualified for an Gift Card claim code.*

You will be sent an email and SMS within five working days of your purchase explaining how to claim your card. If you haven’t received this please contact our Customer Service Team on 0800 587 2297or email Calls to 0800 numbers are free of charge, even when calling from a mobile.

Once claimed, you should receive your Gift Card claim code* via email within six working days of your first broadband bill payment. It will be valid for up to ten years. Any balance remaining after this time will no longer be available.

If you've signed up for EE broadband via a website or promotional offer for our service, you may have been offered Amazon vouchers or cashback.

Once your service has been activated and you have paid your second bill, you will receive an email with details on how to claim your reward by entering your online order number and other details.

Rewards must be claimed within 60 days of receiving the email. Please allow up to 30 days from your claim being received for your reward to arrive. 

Fulfilment of the reward will be managed by the Marketing Lounge Partnership Limited on behalf of EE.  If the reward is not received, then you should contact Marketing Lounge Partnership Customer Service team on 01565 656251 or email
