Buffering can cause your on demand content to pause or break up – you might see a circling spinning symbol on your screen.
Check your WiFi quality
Go to TOOLS & HELP > STATUS. Above 60 per cent is OK. If it’s lower, you can try to improve your WiFi performance
Check your broadband speed
Check other on demand services
Try using other on demand channels on your EE TV. If other services are working fine, there may be a temporary problem with the on demand channel you're trying to use.
Try rebooting your EE TV and router
Try switching off then unplugging your EE TV from the mains. Wait 30 seconds before plugging it back in and switching on again. Still not working? Try doing the same with your router.
