Start by checking you've set up your Powerline adaptors correctly.
1
connect one end of the Ethernet cable that came with your Powerline adaptors into a yellow socket on your EE router
2
connect the other end into one of your Powerline adaptors
3
plug the Powerline adaptor into a mains socket and switch it on
4
connect the other Ethernet cable to your EE TV box and then connect the other end to your second Powerline adaptor
5
plug the Powerline adaptor into a mains socket and switch it on

the Power light should stop flashing and show as a continuous light

If you're still having problems with your adaptors, or the data light is off, check that:
you've plugged both Powerline adaptors directly into a mains socket - it’s best to avoid power surge protectors and extension sockets
you're not using other Powerline adaptors in your house, working to a different standard - our adaptors work to the HomePlug AV standard
you've updated your EE TV internet settings to connect via Ethernet
press and hold the Pair button on your Powerline adaptor and then repeat the operation on the other within two minutes
2
the two adaptors are then connected and a LAN is set up
3
after pairing successfully, you can plug the two adaptors in or out at any time and you don’t need to pair them again

3
press and hold the Pair button on the adaptor not connected to the LAN for about four seconds and then release it

5
the indicators on the new adaptor should turn off and then on
6
